Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Yes, if the value of the cart exceeds $50.
While small orders under $50 will be charged $8.99 for economy shipping, we do offer free economy shipping to the 48 Continental US States after the cart value exceeds $50. Alaska and Hawaii rates are in the published tables.
No! One of the benefits of pre-orders is that you will get your item before any other customers. We will not sell products until all our pre-orders have been fulfilled.
Yes! We will ship each item out as it arrives to us from the Brand. We only consolidate shipments if items arrive together.
We offer a pre-payment discount for most of our pre-order items as an incentive to place an order before the item arrives.
However, our First Edition and Platinum Retailer Exclusives do not qualify for the pre-payment discount as they have a limited production run and we have a limit to how many we are given.
Our published rates and transit times are above, however, most Continental US shipments arrive within one week. Indiana transit time is typically 1-3 business days.
Items ship in an cardboard shipping box in addition to paper packaging that is added on all 6 sides to protect your piece from damage.
This can happen for a number of reasons. Sometimes the carrier simply forgot to pull that last box off the truck during a stop. Because of this, we require a minimum of 2 days from the delivered ship date to open a case.
We have had the best success with UPS and FedEx for delivery, so we use these two carriers almost exclusively. However, USPS will be used for P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses, U.S. Territories, and where applicable.
